FILTER SECTION - TF

The ?lter section is intended for installing the ?lter walls, allowing for free installation and removal
of ?lter elements, below described as ?lters. These sections are equipped with inspection doors
or covers. Filter walls are made taking into account the used ?lter and requirements related
to the frame material (the frame is made of zinc coated sheet or acid resistant steel). Filter
walls can be made as removable - for ZR 27 or ?xed.
A ?lter is the part, which employs the air ?ltration (cleaning) process to separate solid particles
(for example dust) from the stream of ?owing air and stops the particles on the surface or
between the ?lter elements (for example ?bres). Depending on the requirements, cassette ?lters,
pocket ?lters, compact ?lters and V-type ?lters will be used. Filters can be classi?ed as:

- Preliminary ?lters, so-called 1st stage ?lters, including ?lters from the following classes: G2, G3, G4
- Medium ?lters, including ?lters from classes: M5, M6
- Fine ?lters, including the following classes: F7, F8, F9
- EPA ?lters, classi?ed as ?lters from classes: E100, E11, E12
- HEPA ?lters, highly ef?cient ?lters which include the following classes: H13, H14
- ULPA ?lters, classi?ed as ?lters from one of the following classes: U15, U16, U17
